Answer Question
remote support without taking control
Is there a way for a support tech to create a remote support session and make it impossible for the support tech to take control of remote support client computer? There appears to be no option to turn this ability off.
The goal is to limit liability of user support as we implement a new remote support service that includes the rHub. If the user support tech is unable to take control the support client computer the support client cannot attribute any problems to changes made by the support tech as it would not be possible to take control and make changes.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
