Remote Support Session missing Reboot button + cannot see UAC
During an Unscheduled Remote Support Session for Vista, I have noticed the Reboot buttons are gone. Also during the session while controlling the client, when trying to execute anything that requires administrator access, (even if using runas administrator), the UAC popups are not visible to me. I have to ask the client on the computer I am controlling to answer the prompts. One last point, any window that uses Aero, I have no control over, again I have to ask the client to process through these windows. When will support for vista be available?
