It rarely happens. Please restart the remote computer if you can. Otherwise, a quick solution is to reinstall TurboMeeting.
Sessions connect/disconnect/reconnect
Turbomeeting 8.0.2 Build 3.0.639
Recently while attempting to use turbomeeting for remote support sessions, the remote client will connect and the screen will briefly appear. It will then disconnect and then keep cycling through connect/disconnect. It never allows any useful remote control. Has anyone else seen this?
