Good morning! I have what I am hoping a quick question to ask. I have a Windows XP client PC that currently has Turbomeeting 4.1.9 (build 3.0.126) installed. When attempting to login to our account the Turbomeeting software attempts to update to version 8.0.2 (build 3.0.639-3.0.38) as this is the current system version of our TM-800, however the update never finishes.
This is the same if we attempt to install 8.0.2 directly by uninstalling the previous version and installing 8.0.2.
I know that Windows XP is beyond legacy, however our team does not have the ability to have our client update their desktop PC at this time. Is there alternative methods we could try to install the software?
