I have a client computer that crashes everytime he starts a meeting after about 30 seconds

It might be killed by an antivirus. Please do this experiment: 1. Stop the antivirus and reboot the PC. 2. Start a meeting. If the issue is gone, you need to find a way to whitelist TurboMeeting against the virus. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@rhubcom.com to schedule a support session.
