Duane, I am sorry but TurboMeeting does not currently allow you to support a remote iPad. Android is a little better situation because you can see the screen of an Android 5.x device, and in the next few months we will add the ability to annotate on the Android's screen so you can say "click here".

The current "TurboMeeting 6.1" app for iOS does not allow you to remotely support an iPad. With this app, the iPad can present a built-in web browser, Dropbox documents, and photos. In a future release, we may add the ability to let you set a few things on an iPad such as email settings. But Apple's iOS is fairly restrictive for developers, which makes the ability to control an iOS device difficult if not impossible.
