You can accomplish this by logging into the System Management web interface as an admin. Then click the "Restore Meeting" link, specify the meeting id of one of these old recurring meetings, choose the "New owner..." radio button and specify your email id or username and click Submit. After this, if you click probably Back in the browser, you can specify another recurring meeting's id without having to fill in the "New owner" information.
Then login to TurboMeeting as yourself and delete the old recurring meetings that you'd like to clean up.
