Currently, the audio conference system has a single beep when someone joins the call and a quicker double beep when someone leaves the call. If your attendees enter their 3 digit PIN, then the Telephone tab in TurboMeeting will tell you who is on the phone; without the PIN, their phone number is shown.
In the next version 6.1, we are planning on adding a TurboMeeting setting that allows the host to choose whether or not the audio conferencing server asks for and announces the callers name.
