The trick is to download the Gmail notifier.
This will allow you automatically open Gmail to send notifications.

The Google Notifier is no longer available.
But the good news is that TurboMeeting has added support for automatically generating Google Mail / Gmail and Yahoo Mail emails. To enable this feature, open TurboMeeting, go to the menu item Tools | Preferences, then for the "Email Client" setting choose either "Google Email" or "Yahoo Email".
