TurboMeeting now has an option: Tools | Start to blank remote screen. This is available in the supporter's TurboMeeting control panel in a Remote Support session and when connected to a Remote Access session. When this option is chosen, the remote computer shows a blank screen with this message:
This machine is being worked on. Please do not disturb.

There is a hidden server setting which we can enable for you that always blanks the remote screen that your supporters work on.
