If you host a "Webinar" meeting type, attendees join the meeting "view-only", which has them join via Flash (or Javascript if Flash is not installed) in the browser, so your attendees would not download TurboMeeting to join the meeting. Note that when attendees join "view-only" a few features like VoIP are missing, so they would need to call using the provided phone number and access code.
Even if the host requires the attendees join interactively, the host has a choice in TurboMeeting's "Tools | Options" menu to "Remove TurboMeeting form attendee computers at the end of sessions" which will uninstall TurboMeeting (and the remove the desktop icon) from the attendee's computer after the meeting is over.
